Adventures in Arithmetic

Multiplication Part Three

Skills Needed Before Starting this Block:

Student should be comfortable adding together a column of three or more numbers, providing only that all of the numbers to be added together are smaller than 1,000.

Student should know by heart the answer to any multiplication problem where both numbers to be multiplied together are smaller than ten.

Student should be able to immediately say the answer to any multiplication problem where one of the numbers to be multiplied is ten, and the second number to be multiplied is smaller than 1,000.

If it is a struggle for student to read the instructions on these pages, then the instructions should be read by an adult (these lessons are supposed to help student with math, not reading).

Special Printing Instructions:

These pages do NOT need to be printed providing that student can view them on a screen that is larger than a typical smart phone.
